SEGUS JOLIVETTE ACT Allows a person CONVICTED OF A FELONY CRIME OF VIOLENCE (Where the DA does not multi-bill as a habitual offender) MUST serve 50% of the maximum sentence for third conviction and 75% of the maximum sentence for the fourth conviction.
