Provides for an addition to the Code of Evidence to authenticate Fentanyl in criminal proceedings without necessitating it be transported and brought into a courtroom. USING THE SAME LOGIC MAKE STATUTE MORE GENERIC. Should we be bringing dynamite, chemical weapons and other criminal instrumentalities needlessly into a courtroom.
