Provides for what a third-party restaurant reservation platform shall not do unless there is a written agreement between that third-party restaurant reservation platform and the food service establishment authorizing it to do so. ARE THESE "PROBLEMATIC VENDORS" OFFERING A SERVICE? IF THERE IS AN UPCOMING INDUSTRY IN WHICH PEOPE ARE WILLING TO PAY A THIRD PARTY TO OBTAIN A RESERVATION AT AN ESTABLISHMENT FOR THEM IT SHOULD BE ALLOWED.
