EXCLUDES "service performed by an individual for a period within five calendar years if such individual is employed within one year of being released from incarceration for certain aggravated offense as enumerated in R.S. 15:541(2) or certain sex offenses as enumerated in R.S. 15:541(24), 15:541(25), and 15:541 (27)" from the definition of "employment" for the purposes of unemployment compensation.
