Kickbacks for vaccines is a morally reprehensible practice. This document, page 15, shows how pediatricians are incentivized to increase vaccine uptake with bonuses: http://whale.to/c/2016-BCN-BCBSM-Incentive-Program-Booklet.pdf?mibextid=Zxz2cZ By including this bonus ratio per patient population, it incentivizes pediatricians to remove unvaccinated patients from their practice creating a barrier to care.
